The Mule Scalper
Key Features:
- 5’x10’ Super Heavy Duty Single deck scalping screen for niche applications.
- Structural channel construction creates heavy duty screen box.
- Single Motor overhead drive provides simplicity. Alternative drive configurations are available for larger screens.
- Adjustable angle of inclination.
- Powerful ½” circular stroke at 900 RPM.
- Up to ¾” thick punch plate with custom opening sizes and shapes are available. Heavy ¾” bolted side liners provide protection for the side support members.
- Simple rubber isolation springs with “tension band” snubbers.

The High-Speed Mule

- Electronically controlled and synchronized servo style vibratory motors provide high force output and unlimited adjustability of motion.
- Circular or Elliptical motion, speed, and stroke angle are adjustable at control panel.
- High amplitude motion at 1,200 RPM effectively screens damp or stick material.
- Side tensioned top deck with non-blinding wire.
- End Tension Bottom deck with stainless steel slotted openings.
- Multiple liner options.
- Fixed, skidded or portable support structures available.
- Sizes available – 6’x16’ DD and 6’x18’ DD. Triple deck options possible.
