Support
Vibratory motors have a service life similar to screen bearings. Mule screens are designed with a priority towards extending motor life of a given mechanism. In the event a motor fails, SSI keeps spares for each different size in inventory in Pennsylvania. Our distributor also stocks these motors in warehouses across the country. SSI can assist with replacement hardware and torque specifications to have the Mule screen up and running quickly in the event of motor failure.
At Steel Systems we provide both technical and mechanical support for our Mule screens. If the customer wants to monitor vibration or adjust motion or deck angle, our skilled engineering team can answer these questions. Since all of our fabrication is done in-house, we can quickly provide replacement fabricated components as needed. Mule screens use common wear parts including side liners, tension rails, media and springs so that these items are readily available through our local supply network. Should a customer need immediate mechanical assistance, we have technicians on staff with Steel Systems to provide in-field repairs or guidance.
There are a variety of applications Mule screens can be used for. Our experienced staff works with the end user to evaluate various applications and provide plant flow recommendations. We have decades of experience working with plant flow simulation software to optimize plant production. This allows us to make sure the Mule screen is the correct fit for your operation.
