Key Features:

• Low Maintenance Elliptical Motion Overhead Drive Mechanism.
• Two drive motors synchronize in anti-phase with no mechanical connection while a third motor produces a force vector perpendicular to the primary motion. This creates a thin ellipse and allows the machine to control material travel rate and create an optimal bed depth for material washing.
• Up to 5 G operation at 900 RPM.
• Adjustable deck angle and center of gravity to suit the application.
• Extremely rigid design. Single deck units utilize a structural channel to stand up to the high force operation. Double deck units include 3/8” sideplates with all required stiffeners. Our overhead mechanism is fabricated from heavy plate and surface machined to prolong the life of the motors.
• Rubber spring system to reduce start/stop overtravel and isolate vibration while eliminating pinch points. This also prevents corrosion of the suspension system in wet environments. Simple “tension bands” act as snubbers to prevent over travel during start-up and shutdown.
• Fully Custom Fixed, Skid or Wheel portable support structures with overhead or “behind the back” bypass chutes, custom discharge chutes, and flumes are available. Our engineering team can tailor the installation to your needs.
• We provide custom pre-wash slurry boxes to maximize the efficiency of the rinse or wash system. We typically introduce 1/3 of the overall water volume in the feed to the screen, with the remaining 2/3’s on the spray bar system.
• Spray bar assemblies and manifolds are custom designed to suit the customer’s water volume, footprint and supply source. Manifolds include gate valves for flow control and pressure gauges with a sealed diaphragm to prevent plugging.

Mule Options:

• Upsized Mechanism to increase bearing life. Within certain constraints, the customer can choose from our three mechanisms with the potential to oversize the mechanism to extend motor life.
• We offer custom base frame assemblies to suit a customer’s existing footprint for installation.
• Modular panel, wire cloth, or “multi-media” screen decks are all possible.
• Bolted rubber feed box and discharge lip liners are available with varying thicknesses.
• Sideplates along the media can be configured with bolted urethane liners, bolted steel liners, or clamp rails with welded AR liners.
• Independently supported spray systems with custom manifolds, spray bars and nozzle configurations.
• Bonded urethane or welded AR deck frame liners are available.
